在為媽媽準備告別式影片時，有提到哥哥主動提供兩首自己錄的小提琴曲，我最後依據歌曲長度需求選了其中一首，曲名為「化為千風」（或是「千風之歌」）。老實說我之前從沒有聽過這首歌，網路上查了一下才發現這首歌的確很適合，這首歌的歌詞最先是來自於一個美國詩人的詩“Do not stand at my grave and weep"，2001年由日本人新井滿將詩詞翻譯成日文後並配樂，後來並由日本聲樂家秋川雅史演唱並發行單曲後，這首歌才受到大家的注意。

由於我哥的錄音只有小提琴而已，礙於歌曲長度的需求，我必須要想辦法混一些配樂進去讓整首歌變長一點，所以在網路上找了一些有關這首歌的作品，在眾多作品中，我最喜歡的反而不是原唱的版本，而是另一名日本女歌手岩崎宏美的版本。相對於原唱，岩崎宏美的版本稍微慢一點也比較輕柔，比較符合我對這首歌的感覺，而且配樂也很好聽，所以最後是選用她的版本。週末時找機會偷了一小時自己拉二胡來錄錄看這首歌，雖然新的麥克風有助於改善錄音音質，但無法改善音準．．．美中不足的是我無法找到純伴奏版，必須用軟體把人聲移除，可是效果無法很好，有些地方的伴奏配樂聽起來會有點怪怪的，而且我二胡演奏穩定性顯然遠不如從前，還是要面對這個現實，畢竟大學畢業後就沒有再練了。
